Tour de France
Have you seen our display in Krave Deli's window? The children decorated the bicycle template in yellow colours and Krave very kindly let us put it on display.
End of Term Party
Our End of Year party will be held on Wednesday 23rd July 1:30-3:00pm, Mrs Tipsy will be providing the entertainment.
All our children are invited to attend. So that the room can be cleared (and the children can get their party clothes on) we will not be having a Lunch Club on this day. Year 1 children who attend on Wednesday morning should be collected at 11:30am and brought back for 1:30pm. Year 2 children who attend on Wednesday afternoon should not arrive until 1:30pm. Children who would not normally come on a Wednesday are welcome to join us at 1:30pm. We hope to see you all there!
Tour de France Celebration Day - Year 2 Only
Come and celebrate the Tour de France with us on Monday 7th July from 12:30 – 3:00. Children can bring their bikes and helmets only if a parent/carer is able to come and stay with them. (Children without a bike will be cheering on the riders along the route of our mini Tour de France!!).
We will also be doing other Tour de France related activities – please join us if you can!

Changes to Year 1 Sessions from September 2014
From September 2014 we will be extending our Year 1 nursery session to 3 hours. The cost of the sessions will then be the same as the Year 2 rate of £14.78.
Nursery Open Mornings
We have some open mornings and afternoons planned over the next few months for Year 2 children. All Year 2 children and their parents/carers are invited. if it isn't your child's usual day at nursery parents and carers must stay with the child.
Change & Growth - Tuesday 13th May from 9am until 11.30.
Fathers, dad or uncle day open day - Monday 16th June from 9am until 11.30. We will have lots of male friendly activities. Details will follow nearer the date.
Tour de France - Monday 7th July from 12.30.
After School and Holiday Club
Did you know that there is an after school and a holiday club available in Wilsden Village Hall? They are registered to take children from age 3 and over.

Wellies & Waterproofs and spare clothing
Can you please ensure that you send your child with the appropriate clothes for outdoor play e.g waterproof suits and wellies. Also please could you provide a spare set of clothing each day in their pump bag too, as we play out whatever the weather at nursery.

Footwear and Pump Bags
Please send your child to nursery in shoes with velcro fastenings. Laces are a trip hazard and also stop your child being able to dress themselves independently Please can we politely remind you to send your child each day with a pump bag containing a change of clothes including.
- socks and underwear
- waterproof clothing ie trousers and raincoat
Are you concerned about your childs Speech and Language Development
If so Speech and Language Therapyy Drop In Sessions may be of interest to you. This is where you and your child can see and have a talk with a Speech and Language

Cineworld Autism Friendly Film Showings
